I agree that this transaction is NON-REFUNDABLE! This is an information program. Once the information is received it cannot be given back. In the event of any legal disputes, all parties agree to arbitration. All fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Also, all payment plans are non-refundable. If you miss a payment you will forfeit any monies received/deposits paid.
