    Week one is all about you. You’ll take a deep look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be.

  • Week 02 / The External-Childhood insights

    Week two we shift our focus to others in your world. How do you relate to your friends, family, and the other people in your life? What were some of the things you were taught in your childhood and how do they affect you now? What do you want to change?

  • Week 03/ New Beginnings

    We put everything together in week three. You’ll see how learning how to love yourself is the key to better relationships with everyone in your life, especially yourself.

Course structure

This is a four-week, virtual class designed to take you step-by-step through each stepping stone of purpose. Attendees will be added to our FB group where we will do live Q& A, receive homework assignment instructions, daily motivation and more. You will also receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials for each week.
