ABOUT ME

I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find PURPOSE in their work, relationships, and life. My personal interest in spirituality help others focus, reflect, and refine their lives.

As a Certified Life Coach, Women’s Healthcare Advocate, Speaker and Author, my mission is to:

• Use my platform/talk show “On the Leather With Coach Ella” to have the “uncomfortable conversations about women’s health, fibroid awareness, mental health and other issues that plague the women in our community. After having 11 abdominal surgeries and spending a week on life support, it’ s my commission to bring awareness for early detection and prevention.

• Empower women with information and bring awareness to fibroids, it’s statistics, symptoms, and treatment options.

• Advocate for research that advances treatment to discover early detection, better care and outcomes.

• Educate the public about health and social economic impact caused by the uterine fibroid disease.

• Helping women to understand how common fibroids are and tell-tale signs women should look out for.

• Provide strategies to promote mental awareness.

• Helping others to realize limitless possibilities and that the impossible IS possible.

• Eliminate “BS” or (BELIEF SYSTEMS) of what we were taught as opposed to what’s found to be true.

• Help others to understand “THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH SAYING SO WHAT”
